52nd General Assembly Meeting
Warsaw
October 7th - 8th 2005
Dear Colleague and Friend,
As agreed, the next meeting of the CEEC will be held in Warsaw on the 6th to the 8th of October. I am pleased to invite you and your partner for this meeting.
Together with Chris Grzesik of RICS Polska , the current president of RICS Europe we would be delighted to see you on C.E.E.C' s first visit to the new accession states.
Chris will show us some of the interesting bulding projects in Warsaw and is looking into preparing an interesting program for the partners which we expect to issue details next week.
We have made arrangements at the five star Le Royal Meridien Bristol Hotel, Krakowskie Przedmiescie in the centre of Warsaw for the meetings.
The dinner on Friday night will be at the hotel and we hope to be joined by our host Chris Grzesik and his partner and some key guests from RICS Polska who are involved in the Construction Economics.
We have also made arrangements on Friday morning for a joint breakfast conference at the hotel between CEEC and RICS Polska and would request that all delegates attend. Details of this conference will be forthcoming with the agenda soon.
Unfortunately there is limited bedroom availability at Le Royal Meridien. We have been able to reserve 7 single rooms at the hotel at €128.40 per night including breakfast. When making reservations you should contact Ms. Sylwia Subda of the reservations department at 00 48 22 55 11 000 or email at sylwia.subda@lemeridien.com.pl or fax 00 49 22 624 2577 and when booking refer to the reservation made by Mrs Patrycja Buszta of Polish Properties Sp on behalf of CEEC and the confirmation no. 498559.
Please note because of the limited numbers of rooms available at this hotel booking will be on a first come first serve basis.
Hotel facilities are to be settled individually directly with the hotel by delegates on departure.
There are a number of hotels adjacent including the Victoria Hotel which is within 5 minutes walk of Le Royal Meridien Their phone no is 00 48 22 6578011.
We hope you will join us on Thursday evening at 19.30 pm at the lobby of the Hotel Le Royal Meridien, when after a drink in a local pub in the old town, we will have diner in one of the characteristic restaurants in old town with our host Chris Grzesik.
If you arrive somewhat later that evening, please contact us at the hotel , so we can let you know where you can join us.
We ask that you complete the attached registration form and credit the sum of €220.00 per delegate for meeting to cover the cost of hiring rooms, meals etc.
In order to make our final reservations in time, would you please complete the attached registration form by return mail by the 16th September.
